About Us At

Hi I'm Karine Ingraham, ARNP, FNP-C

As a woman in my mid 40s, I’m right there with you navigating hormone curveballs and laughing over TacoTuesday “what is happening to my metabolism?” chats with my girlfriends.

Every day, I hear the same story from midlife women daily: “Moving more and eating less is not working and I’m at my wits end.”  But I only get 15 rushed minutes and insurance constraints that dictate my care there. I wanted to provide a different option.

So I created Hormone & Health Co. a concierge practice where time isn’t rationed and treatment isn’t dictated by insurance adjusters.

After ten years as a critical care nurse and now practicing as a board‑certified family nurse practitioner, I’m deepening my expertise through ongoing training in metabolic and hormonal health. Because I believe that the answer isn’t about more willpower, it’s about understanding the major shifts in your body and how to navigate them.

Here, I can offer what traditional settings can’t.

Time to listen, freedom to individualize, and a judgment‑free space that fits real life (Taco Tuesday 🌮 included)

With two young daughters and three nieces I adore, I’m driven to address this now. So by the time they reach midlife, conversations about hormones and weight shifts are just standard care, not a whispered afterthought over tacos and margaritas.

When I’m not on Zoom or in clinic, you’ll catch me with a coffee in hand... and often outside logging training miles, lifting heavy weights, paddle‑boarding the Sound, biking new trails, or camping under the stars with my husband, our two adventurous girls, and our equally‑adventurous pups.

Hormone & Health Co. celebrates and serves every gender identity, sexual orientation, body type, and background. While much of our conversation spotlights how shifting hormones impact women during midlife, we also support men, and anyone, seeking a science‑backed alternative to the tired “eat less, move more” refrain. If hormones are holding you back, you belong here, and you’ll receive evidence‑based, judgment‑free care.
